  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, or nutritional yeast for vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece with your hands.
  4. Place each flattened dough piece into the muffin tin cups, pressing it against the sides to form a small cup.
  5. In a bowl, mix Italian cheese blend, mini pepperoni, garlic, and marinara sauce.
  6. Spoon the mixture into each biscuit cup, filling them generously.
