- 1 tablespoon Butter (for greasing)
- 1 cup Italian Cheese Blend (or favorite cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (thick cubes)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mini Pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (optional)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, or nutritional yeast for vegan option)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with butter to prevent sticking.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece with your hands.
- Place each flattened dough piece into the muffin tin cups, pressing it against the sides to form a small cup.
- In a bowl, mix Italian cheese blend, mini pepperoni, garlic, and marinara sauce.
- Spoon the mixture into each biscuit cup, filling them generously.
- Top each cup with thick cubes of mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve fresh from the oven, with a side salad or extra marinara for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
