Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
