Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the steamed broccoli with the cubed avocado in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
