Ingredients

- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta in boiling water until al dente. Make sure to reserve a little pasta water for later.
- Season chicken cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden on all sides.
- Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to create the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for a minute to thicken up nicely.
- Combine cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce and seasoned chicken. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional cheese before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze chicken bites separately for longer storage.
