Description

Quick and easy Garlic Chicken Bites tossed with creamy Alfredo pasta—perfect for a cozy dinner any night.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta in boiling water until al dente. Make sure to reserve a little pasta water for later.
  2. Season chicken cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden on all sides.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to create the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for a minute to thicken up nicely.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce and seasoned chicken. Toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional cheese before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze chicken bites separately for longer storage.
