Description

A quick and flavorful Garlic Honey Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry, ready in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the honey and soy sauce until combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it’s tender.
