- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Mix the honey and soy sauce until combined. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it’s tender.
- Pour the honey mixture over the shrimp and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy the delightful flavors.
