- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, spinach, and oregano. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Fold in cooked orzo and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
