Description

A fresh and flavorful salad featuring juicy grilled chicken and a vibrant medley of vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (grilled)
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.
