Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the salsa verde, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring all pieces are coated well. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Discard the marinade and grill each chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
