Description

Ingredients

  • Assorted Vegetables: Bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Sandwich Bread: Ciabatta or your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice your assorted vegetables into even pieces.
  3. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat them evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Slice your chosen sandwich bread and drizzle some balsamic vinegar on each side.
  6. Layer the grilled vegetables onto the bread, followed by slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
  7. Add fresh basil leaves on top, close your sandwich, and enjoy immediately.

Notes
