- Sandwich Bread: Ciabatta or your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice your assorted vegetables into even pieces.
- Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat them evenly.
- Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice your chosen sandwich bread and drizzle some balsamic vinegar on each side.
- Layer the grilled vegetables onto the bread, followed by slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top, close your sandwich, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
