Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

  5. Remove from heat and mix in the crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Plate and serve hot, enjoying every bite.
