- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Raise the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Plate and serve hot, enjoying every bite.
