Description

A delicious, creamy, and filling chicken salad wrap made with avocado, packed with protein and fresh flavors, perfect for quick lunches or post-workout bites.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • Whole wheat tortillas or lettuce wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
