Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- Whole wheat tortillas or lettuce wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the mashed avocado with Greek yogurt if using.
- Add in the shredded chicken, chopped celery, red onion, and cucumber.
- Squeeze lemon or lime juice over the mixture to keep it fresh.

- Spread the chicken salad mix down the center of the tortilla or lettuce wrap.
