- 2–4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 cups fries
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- Lettuce or greens
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayo or garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- Season the chicken: Coat drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast to perfection: Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes until golden and juicy.
- Cook the fries: Fry or bake fries until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the salad: Mix lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl.
- Plate & serve: Serve chicken with fries, salad, and dipping sauces on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
