Description

Ingredients

  • 24 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups fries
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • Lettuce or greens
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayo or garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Season the chicken: Coat drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast to perfection: Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes until golden and juicy.
  4. Cook the fries: Fry or bake fries until golden and crispy.
  5. Prepare the salad: Mix lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl.
  6. Plate & serve: Serve chicken with fries, salad, and dipping sauces on the side.
