- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
- Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer over the spread, leaving a small border at the edges.
- Starting from one side, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dips or sauces. Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
