Description

Easy and refreshing appetizer combining creamy fillings with crisp cucumber. Perfect for snack or party food.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
  3. Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer over the spread, leaving a small border at the edges.
  4. Starting from one side, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dips or sauces. Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
