Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Roll out the dough into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Spread the diced peaches evenly across the dough.
  7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the peach layer.
  8. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a log.
