Instructions
- Halve and pit the avocados, scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Add lime juice over the avocado immediately.
- Mash the avocado to your desired texture using a fork or potato masher.
- Mix in the minced garlic and a pinch of kosher salt, adjusting to taste.
- Optionally fold in any additional mix-ins like onions or tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or store as needed.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the best flavor. Fresh lime juice is preferred over bottled. Mince garlic finely for better blending.
