Delightful wraps made from red lentils, easy to prepare and packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for wraps, tacos, or as a side.
Ingredients

- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
- 1 ½ cups water
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
- Blend them with enough water until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of the lentil mixture onto the pan, spreading it into a thin circle.
- Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
- Flip and cook the other side until done.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm as wraps.
Notes
Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze with parchment paper between each wrap.
