Description

Delightful wraps made from red lentils, easy to prepare and packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for wraps, tacos, or as a side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
  2. Blend them with enough water until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the lentil mixture onto the pan, spreading it into a thin circle.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until done.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve warm as wraps.

Notes

Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze with parchment paper between each wrap.
