- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Optional: a dash of hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, honey, and hot sauce (if using).
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss the wings in a bowl with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil until coated.
- Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If not golden enough, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
