Crispy and tangy, these Salt and Vinegar Oven Wings are the perfect snack for any gathering, offering warmth and satisfaction.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Optional: a dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, honey, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Place the chicken wings in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Toss the wings in a bowl with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil until coated.
  5. Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. If not golden enough, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Notes

Use fresh wings for the best flavor, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet, and consider marinating overnight for extra flavor.
