Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil or butter. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream or milk, salt, and pepper. In another skillet, add butter or oil and cook the eggs over low heat, stirring gently until creamy and soft.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezing the eggs is not recommended, but steak can be frozen for later use.
