- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers (if grilling)
Instructions
- Mix together ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties or mold it around skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kafta for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve with fresh parsley on top, alongside pita bread or a salad.
Notes
For the best result, allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes for flavors to meld. Don’t overmix to avoid tough meat.
