- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped cilantro, chopped mint leaves, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions to the bowl.
- Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chopped red chili, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Fold in the sliced avocado carefully to avoid mashing.
- Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the top and toss lightly to distribute.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a more refreshing taste.
