Homemade Buffalo Wings

Description

Delicious and crispy homemade buffalo wings coated in spicy, buttery sauce. Perfect for game day or any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce.
  5. Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce until coated.
  6. Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, you can toss them in the broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
