- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce.
- Once wings are done, toss them in the sauce until coated.
- Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, you can toss them in the broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
