Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken burgers with creamy white cheddar and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat up your grill.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side on the grill, or bake on a lined baking sheet for 18–20 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
