- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- ¾ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat up your grill.
- Combine the ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side on the grill, or bake on a lined baking sheet for 18–20 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze individually wrapped patties.
