Description

A creamy and flavorful white garlic pizza sauce that elevates any pizza night.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat to create a rich base for your sauce.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while continuously stirring. Keep the heat low to avoid boiling.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. If desired, add Italian seasoning and adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Allow the sauce to cool before spreading it on your pizza dough.

Notes
